White Kiondo shopper basket is our stylish classic. Ideal as a beach bag as the bag does not mind a little bit of water but works great as a casual summer bag, shopping bag, even carrying wood- you name it! Long leather handles have been vegetable-tanned without chemicals. Mifuko collaborates with local women's empowerment groups in rural Kenya, providing the women flexible and safe work with regular income. Mifuko is a certified member of the World Fair Trade Organization We are a certified member of the World Fair Trade organization and each of our bags is signed by the artisan who made it. Each basket is handmade so size and shape may vary. The basket diameter and/or height may be about 3 cm / 1” smaller or larger than indicated in the size chart below.
